CUMBRIA TOTE (+ video tutorial)

Simple, stylish, and not too fussy!

This Cumbria Tote pattern is available in TWO SIZES, giving you flexibility depending on how you plan to use your bag. The small size is compact and sleek, making it ideal for quick outings when you only need to carry the essentials. The large size, on the other hand, offers plenty of extra room and works beautifully as an everyday tote or errand bag, with enough space for all the things you need throughout your day.

FINISHED SIZE: Small - 10'' x 9'' x 4'', Large - 13'' x 12'' x 5''

One of the standout features of this tote is its unique zipper pocket divider, which separates the interior into two sections. This clever design helps keep your belongings neatly organized and easy to find. In addition to the divider, the tote also includes an inner slip pocket for quick access to smaller items and an additional zipper pocket for securing valuables like your phone, wallet, or keys.

I used these wonderfully chunky #5 Nylon Zippers by the Foot both for my zipper pocket divider and the inner zipper pocket. These zippers come in a variety of colors and designs, and they can be easily cut to the desired size with utility scissors. So, so easy! You can even customize your zipper pulls, how fun is that!

I think this Essex Linen + Rifle Paper Co floral print makes for the most wonderful tote, would you agree?
